General Expectations
Accepted methods of payments are Cash, Credit, or Debit Cards, There is a $3.00 processing fee assessed to each credit/debit transaction.
Your appointment is especially designed just for you, we do not double book we value all of our clients time.
For all extension services hair will be provided unless otherwise discussed.
Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure appointment time and date.
Deposits are due within 48hrs of setting an appointment if deposit is not secured there is no guarantee of appointment.
Should you cancel or reschedule within the 48hr time frame alotted your deposit can be applied to your next scheduled appointment, deposits must be used within a 30 day time period of initial reschedulling.
Failure to show (No Shows) will result in a loss of deposit and an increase of required deposit for any future appointments.
If a stylist needs to reschedule due to an emergency your deposit will be refunded if you choose not to reschedule.
Children Services
Loving My Hair loves the kids and we are pleased to provide services for your little ones, but we do ask if there are any special concerns you may have prior to booking the appointment it is expressed to the stylist, we want this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
We do ask for parents to allow us to provide the service as we see fit and sometimes we will ask a parent to run errands if their presence will be counter productive to the child receiving services, if this is unnacceptable then this may not be the best fit for your little one.
