1. Who we are

This website is operated by Loving My Hair Exclusives LLC, Tallahassee, Florida. Contact us at 850-212-5712 or marcina@lovingmyhairexclusives.info. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Loving My Hair Exclusives LLC.

2. What we offer

We provide natural hair education, mentorship and training, including youth and adult braiding classes and one-on-one instruction, and we sell custom crochet wigs. Booking a session or buying a product through this site means you accept these terms.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings are subject to our Braid Camp Policies, including the deposit, cancellation and no-show terms, which form part of these terms. Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Card transactions carry a $3.00 processing fee. Payments are processed by our payment provider through Wix; we do not store your full card details.

4. Products

Custom crochet wigs are handmade to order. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs once shipped or collected, except where an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered. Contact us within 7 days of receipt if there is a problem. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full terms.

5. Accurate information and conduct

You agree to give accurate information when booking, and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation.

6. Our content

The text, photographs, logo and other materials on this site belong to Loving My Hair Exclusives LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

7. Instruction, not a guarantee of results

Our classes are educational. We do not guarantee any particular skill level, outcome or professional result from attending.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Loving My Hair Exclusives LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your attendance at a session. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Leon County, Florida.
