This is the release a parent or guardian signs before we photograph a student. You can read it here and sign the printed copy at your first session, or tick the consent box when you book.

What you are agreeing to

You give Loving My Hair Exclusives LLC permission to photograph, film and record your child during Braid Camp sessions and related activities, and to use those images, video and audio for:

• The Loving My Hair Exclusives website

• Social media accounts we operate

• Printed materials such as flyers, posters and signage

• Advertising and promotion of Braid Camp and related programs

What it does not include

Your child’s full name, school, address or other identifying information will not be published alongside their image without your separate written permission. A first name may be used.

We do not sell or license images to a third party for that party’s own advertising.

No payment

No payment is made to you or your child for the use of these images. Loving My Hair Exclusives owns the photographs and recordings it creates.

Declining, and changing your mind

Signing is optional. Your child may attend camp whether or not you sign.

You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing marcina@lovingmyhairexclusives.info. We will stop using the images going forward, and remove them from our website and social media where we are reasonably able to. Materials already printed, and copies already shared or reposted by other people, may not be recoverable.

How to give or decline permission

Tick the photo consent box when you book, or sign the printed release at your first session. To decline, simply leave the box unticked and tell us at drop-off.
